A. Nothing. If clicking doesn't work then you don't have the proper software installed and/or configured. Instead of clicking, please use a real phone.

Q. Can I place any questions to your tech support?
A. Yes, we have experienced staff that will be able to answer your questions.

Q. I'd like to use one of the images/photos you have on your Web site. May I?
A. No. The licenses we purchased for them cannot be delegated to third parties, so you'd be using them illegally.

Q. What products do you sell?
A. Web site templates and proprietary software for integration into Web projects.

Q. What services do you sell?
A. Hosting, domain registration, digital certificates and development of Web sites and/or other Web projects.

Q. What software do you use for Web development?
A. That is private information, but we also use our own software products.

Accepted clients / taxes

Q. Do you accept international clients?
A. Yes! We only provide support in English, Spanish and Portuguese and we only accept payments in the currencies you see on this Web site, but the client can be located anywhere in the world.

Q. Our services should be property of companies whose names are written in non-western characters. Will this be a problem?
A. Not at all. Our internal systems accept any character of the UTF-8* set, which includes all world characters.

Q. The prices I see here are inclusive of VAT or any other tax?
A. No.The only tax we're required to charge you as a European Union company is the European Union Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be added to the prices shown on this site at 23%. If you're located outside the European Union, or being inside, if you're a company registered for trade in a country other than Portugal, then you'll be VAT exempt (i.e., you won't have to pay VAT).

Q. What makes me VAT exempt is the address of the services' owner, or of who pays for them?
A. It's the address of the services owner (i.e., the name that will be shown on the invoice).


Q. Do you issue invoices?
A. Yes, we always issue electronic invoices (i.e., by e-mail). We no longer support paper invoicing. It's considered a service we do not provide.

Q. Will my accountant and the State accept your electronic invoices?
A. Yes, the invoices are completely compliant with European Union legislation regarding electronic billing, and should be accepted world-wide.

Q. Do you issue receipts?
A. Not as independent documents (they're not legally required), but all our invoices are "invoice/receipt" (i.e., also serve as receipts when the invoice is paid). A receipt is proof of invoice payment. Every time we receive a payment from you, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. You will also have online access to your account statement where you can see all your old invoices, payments and total to pay. You can print this statement as proof of your account status at a given date.

Q. What do your invoices look like?
A. They're digitally signed e-mail messages, with an also signed ISO 19005-1 (PDF/A-1b)* attachment, and a second attachment for automated computer processing (in Visa General XML Invoice* format). You may print them for paper archival.

Q. How can I be sure that an e-mail with an invoice is yours and is real?
A. By checking the sender address and the digital signature.


Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Currently we accept wire transfers (within Portugal or international/SWIFT), PayPal (which allows you to pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express cards) and Skrill (Moneybookers) (which besides PayPal's cards also accepts Visa Electron and national wire transfers).

Q. In which currencies can I pay?
A. You can only make a payment in the currency of the corresponding invoice. However, our invoices can be issued in any of the currencies you find on this Web site.

Q. I have several invoices to pay. How do I know what is the total to pay?
A. You have online access to your account statement where you can see all your old invoices, payments and total to pay, as well as direct links to the PayPal and Skrill (Moneybookers) payment systems.


Q. I'm a journalist. Can I use images of your Web site in an article?
A. Within the context of a story where we're mentioned, yes, of course.
