PayPal allows a buyer (you) to make a payment to a service provider (Cynergi). The payment is performed by credit card or some other means to PayPal, and then from PayPal to our bank account.

This way, your money is traded through a well-known payment processor that doesn't allow providers that have a history of complaints to keep receiving money. It also doesn't allow buyers to keep using the system without credit card funds. PayPal thus works as a trustworthiness guarantee for both parties.

PayPal is the best known payment processor on the Internet, reason that led to its purchase by eBay for 1.5 billion dollars in October 2002. PayPal has been profitable since that very same year, before the purchase.

Cynergi, through its parent company Corebase, has been working with PayPal since it accepts European providers.

Moneybookers
and other partners

In order to offer more payment options to our clients and to improve the reliability of our payments system, we also established a similar relationship with the British Moneybookers and we're studying new partnerships in this area.

Although not as well known as PayPal, Moneybookers shows its complete address on its Web site and has a more secure buyer validation system. Moneybookers also offers many other payment options besides credit cards, such as national bank transfers in many of the European countries.

We took full advantage of the integration tools that both PayPal and Moneybookers provide us to make your payments easier.

When you receive a payment request e-mail from us, you'll have access to your account statement where you'll be able to choose what you wish to pay and method of payment. With a few more clicks of the mouse, you'll have completed your payment!
