In 1999, prior to the Expotelecom exhibition, we were asked to create a theme CD-ROM about the exhibition to be distributed to exhibitors.

Based on our knowledge of Web and CD-ROM technology, we created a product that would auto-start in any computer: PC with Windows or Unix, or Apple Macintosh.

We were in charge of all the production: from the site itself to the design of the cover, printing and recording each copy.

The product was very well received by the exhibitors.

Technical
details

This kind of solution (Web site inside a CD-ROM) is usually called "Web-ROM".

The recording of the CD-ROM followed the ISO-9660 (CD-ROM filesystem)* standard, and was performed as a single disc-at-once session in mode 1 for maximum compatibility.
